There will be a campus tour in the morning.In the afternoon, we will visit Splendid China Folk Village. The park will give you a deeper understanding of China’s culture, history, art, and ancient architecture. You can also learn about the customs and habits of various nationalities in China. After Splendid China Folk Village, we will visit the Ping An International Finance Center, getting a panoramic view of Shenzhen and Hong Kong from the famous skyscraper in China,
Shenzhen Splendid China Folk Village
Splendid China Folk Village, a theme park located in Shenzhen, consists of two areas including Splendid China Miniature Park and China Folk Culture Village. The park will give you deeper understanding of China’s culture, history, art, and ancient architecture. Meanwhile, you could learn about customs and habits of various nationalities in China.
In Splendid China Miniature Park, there are 82 reproductions of beautiful scenery, grand architecture, historical sites and traditional dwellings of China. The layout of these reproductions were arranged according to their location in China. You could travel from the Mogao Grottoes in the west of China to the Mount Tai in the east of China, or from Mongolian people’s Ger in the north of China to the Ends of Earth in the south of China. Besides, there are more than 50,000 small vivid ceramic human or animal figurines, which show some historical scenes, such as the wedding ceremony of a Qing Dynasty’s Emperor, the worship of heaven by ancient emperor, etc.
In China Folk Culture Village, there are 27 ethnic villages built with the proportion of 1:1. You could visit these ethnic villages to experience the distinguished custom of each ethnic group. Everyday, there are interesting performances, you must be fascinated by them. The celebration of various festivals is also an essential part for your tour here, you will totally feel the charming of Chinese culture!
Covering an area of 300,000 square meters, the part of Splendid China Miniature Park is the world’s largest miniature park. You can see the epitome of the 5,000 years’ history and the 9600,000 square kilometers’ national territory area of China. There are 82 reproductions of beautiful scenery, grand architecture, historical sites and traditional dwellings of China (mostly with the proportion of 1:15). Most of those places you have heard about China will come to see you here.

The Ping An International Finance Center
